BP3 series metal reed sensor is a solid state and rigid sensor. The metal housing can be brass or stainless steel or aluminum, and this housing is so solid that it can work in harsh environment. The lifetime is long enough even for tough application such outdoor equipment.
The metal reed sensor can be either cylindrical or rectangular, and if necessary, BST can apply for explosion proof certificate for customer.
